julie and i went to the tennessee state museum this saturday to see the rau exhibit; her parents came along with us oddly enough. it was a pretty good collection, but was way too crowded. i couldn't take pictures in the rau exhibit, but i snapped a few photos from the civil war section of the museum.

today i finally fixed (hopefully the last time) the fuel line on the bimmer and put in the new headlights for xmas. this evening julie and i went out for supper at yamamoto and ate with erin smelko and her man jake. it was nice to be able to talk to him this time; he seems nice and was funny. i snapped a few photos while eating as well; i wanted some more of the restaurant, but it was a little crowded, and i didn't think the patrons would grok with me popping the flash on my camera a bunch.
and erin got me 'the ape of naples' from coil, which i thought that's what she got me, but i was very glad to have it. i've been reading on the coil mailing list of all these other folks who had theirs, and i was getting jealous. now, i've had the mp3s for quite some time...but with coil i want the actual product; and it came with a beautiful foldout poster type inlay for the lyrics. very nice. thanks again erin.
