more and more time between posts. is it possible that soon i'll just leave this behind? ...i dunno.
as jody mentioned in the comments from my last post, i did go to my 10 year reunion a few weeks ago. after only being there 5 mins i realized it was a mistake. i really didn't care anymore at that point about seeing anyone else and just felt...trapped. i didn't have so much fun. there were a few ppl there that i would have liked to talk to, but they never really came by to me...which put me off a bit, so then i just kinda shut down and drew back. ed and trish drunk a little bit, and it was amusing to see them a little schnockered. trish seemed to be much more outgoing then. i doubt i'll go to another reunion.
had a dnd game last weekend and that was fun as usual. it was hippie's 30th b-day the day after our game, so had a little surprise for him on the commune when we got back from our game; a bunch of ppl had posted things in a b-day thread for him.
i bought a buffer for my bimmer. cost $50. shined her up real purty though.
work is going alright. for me and my team anyway. one of the other teams and their lead are still having some issues. i had 10hrs of OT for this 80hr pay period. i should have had 13 but i didn't have my manager wasn't able to count 3 of the hours cause we have to turn our time in before the week is actually up. so you kinda have to guess what your time will be like for the last 2 days of the 80hr period will be. and i wound up deciding to stay from 7pm-10pm after the time had been turned. in. ah well, i needed to do what i did in that time and i don't really care about the money for it.
for the few of you that i discussed my possible 'promotion' to another dept (which is probably just doug that i talked to about this) i decided to stay where i'm at.
gonna watch the brown bunny this weekend at the belcourt; may watch a dirty shame also.
