as you can see in my reply to the smelkinator in my previous post's comments, julie and i liked the 3rd harry potter movie, but had some complaints on certain key events that weren't explained.
um, saturday julie and i went to see a mortgage broker; we're buying ed and trish's house and will move in there when they get their new house completed (somewhere around october). it's not exactly what i would want, but it's too good of a deal to pass up. and a lot of what i like is knowing who we're dealing with and we know exactly what we're getting.
it's a strange scene at work. my manager decided to quit on monday (saturday technically); she put in her 4 week notice. she told me our supervisor (who is under her, which i explain here becaus it is kind of confusing) will be going to another dept by the end of the month. so...that leaves me with the possibility of taking over the dept if the planets all align themselves just right. i'm not totally expecting it to happen, but stranger things have happened.
