well it took me a little over a year, but i finally made it back down to spend a weekend with doug. you can read the movies we watched over in his journal. there was less going out in this visit down and more sitting on our asses and watching stuff. unfortunately i did eat too much on friday, which made me feel a little bleh through saturday. and saturday night i woke up and felt very sick. so i went ahead and just made/let myself puke to get it out. so this and the preceeding stomach issues led to soime blander food choices unfortunately. oh well. at least i weigh under 145 now.
had a good drive down and the drive back was nice too. very pretty between shelbyville and fayetteville.
this weekend juile and i are going back to sparta; her family is having an easter shindig...which i don't remember them having before come to think of it. but i'm trying to decide if i should use this trip to take the bimmer to the shop and have the rack and pinion checked out and most likely replaced. maybe some work on the steering column, and possibly replace the front rotors with something nicer. but i dunno. need to have the subaru worked on also, and it's probably a little more in need of fixiing then the bimmer.
