heh, well i remember that monday night we had to get some more grocercies and we caved in and got some valentine's sugar cookie dough. it had 3 red/pink hearts in the dough; so we cooked those up and had some cookies most of the week. nothing much else of mention for the rest of the week. friday night we stopped by trish's for a bit, and stopped in m'boro at la costa for supper. i had a pork taco. apparently they soak the pork in salsa verde or tomatillo sauce or something cause it was green chunks of meat. just a little disturbing at first; but pretty good-tasting. saturday we watched once upon a time in mexico as my parents had rented that. it was ok, but seemed very sloppy, confusing, and ultimately kind of empty. then we all went to cookeville, i got my hair cut, we ate lunch at chili's (and ran into hippie jim), then went shopping at big lots, and came on home. we'd brought ronin and from hell home with us to watch as i didn't think we'd be going out too much this weekend. so we watched those sat night; i liked from hell very much and ronin was pretty good, but i think it could have been better. also found it amusing that jean reno's character was named vincent. and today i setup windows 2000 on pop's most recent machine; he just got a new 60gb drive for it and was getting tired of win98. amazingly the install went pretty well and i got it tweaked up for him. oh, and mom made some vegetable soup for lunch today and sent me and julie home with the every drop that was left over. it was even better for supper. and pop had ordered me and him some venison, buffalo, alligator, and ostrich meat sticks/jerky. unfortunately they didn't have any ostrich in stock; but that had some in thurs or so, so we tried some of it out and i've got the rest of that here. also, pop gave me this little 98 key keyboard with a touchpad on it; he bought it for some guy he was building a machine for, but he didn't like it. so i took it off his hands. i've got it on my secondary machine, which is nice as it gives me more desk room.
