jury duty tues went just as i said it would. afterwards though i talkd to the judge, and she agreed with me about some of the flaws in the way the case was presented, from both sides. i called the judge's secretary today and she said the jury came back with a 'not guilty'. i'm amazed all twelve agreed to that; i figured it'd be a mistrial. missed a call tues night from a guy i'd talked to a week or ago who now wants to interview me, but i talked to him today and i'm suppose to interview next wed at 2:30. we'll see how that goes.
um, i've been messing with my secondary machine for the past day or two. i've recently discovered that it's running very slow and i'm not sure why. i could explain what i've done so far, but no one really cares to hear about that (esp erin i know) so i'll just gloss over that part.
had lunch with new amy today; that was pretty good.
oh, i took this test from misty's journal entry today and came out with this result. it seems to be quite right. also it gives examples of other ppl of the same personality type, and one of them was anais nin which i found very interesting. i read several of her diaries as i started going out with julie nearly seven years ago and they really helped me through/during that time. i guess that goes to explain why. christ, i can't believe she and i have been together that long. and it's freakier to think that in 10 wks or so we'll be living together. FOREVAR!

bleh, have a headache now. and it's too fucking warm outside today. feels like ass.
