*phew* i'd started having a bit of a runny nose on last wed, and it turned into the flu. which was accompanied by a constantly tearing left eye and a middle ear infection in my left ear. i think it was friday that i ordered pizza cause i'd run out of food here. but in all that time i wound up watching the last two-thirds of season 4 of the x-files, and watching all of season 5.
went to a job fair yesterday at hickory hollow mall. wasn't many booths there; nothing like what doug and i went to last march or whenever. i didn't even talk to anyone at this job fair really. so i come home and sometime later i get a call from some guy who wants to do a screening/interview thing over the phone. it was for a network administrator job i put in for a week or so ago. but it's part-time and is contract work...interview seemed to go ok though. he said they had the ad up for only a few days and got 250 resumes in for it. yeah. i've got great chances at this one. i've started feeling rather shitty the past couple of days as far as job things are concerned. i was really hoping i'd have something by now. it may be the wooginess in my head from this flu, but i think it's beginning to take it's toll on me.
