kind of ironic. i've got much more time to journal, and i don't. this weekend i got the bimmer stuff done. had fun at new amy's party the other night.
played dnd and had plenty of fun, but i got sick sat night/sun morning and that sucked. didn't throw up, but i should have. think i would have felt better. came home sunday night still feeling kinda crummy but put together juile's desk. oh, and my parents gave me a computer chair. they wanted to get me one for xmas, but that didn't work out with the time we had. so now i've got julie's computer all wired up and ready to go. saw old amy monday evening. we ate at torrino's and did some shopping (mostly for me) afterwards. got julie a chair mat for her computer desk, and another uh, power bar to plug shit into. tuesday i went back to sparta with julie. she has to do a storyboard as if her and her group are going to shoot a music video. so she picked this patty griffin song about a wife that passes away after years of marriage and the man lamenting her passing. so, i get to be the depressed guy. big stretch eh? but it was rather icky going through all those motions yesterday. especially since i'd just heard the song a few weeks ago when julie and i were looking at new places for our wedding and told her then how sad the song was.
i had a voice mail on my cell phone yesterday from the guy at teksystems (this is for the edi position) and says whatever company it is says i'm exactly what they're looking for, and for me to give him a call asap. that sounds like good news, but this is the short term position with no benefits. the position at webmd appears to be third shift, but the budget hasn't been approved just yet. and i've not heard about the positions coming open at inphact through sysgenix. *sigh* i don't know what to do.
