thurs night i worked my last night at the rape and sexual abuse center. it went well i guess. seemed to get ppl this time who had donated more generously in the past. anyway, friday morning i go to check out the apt and sign the paperwork. well..we walk in the door, and there's a fireplace..which there wasn't suppose to be one. the rest of the place looked alright though. arbor's says there is one other room of the same floor plan available, but it doesn't have the no rent till jan deal. so i'd be paying $1000 roughly to not have a fireplace. so i get to work and call julie; she wants to talk to gables and see what they've got. i figure we're better off just dealing with the fireplace, cause we'd still be paying an extra $1000 at gables as they had no specials and the same price. but it was a moot point cause gables had nothing free now that didn't have a fireplace. but arbor's did knock off $100 from january's rent for compensation of us taking the room with a fireplace. friday night i went to bill/pam's party. we watched spider man, which i thought was alright. rather annoying to kill the main villan in the first movie..but i guess burton's batman set that precedent. we watched this horrible movie from troma called alien blood. it was good fun. then we watched the first disc of the new and improved lord of the rings. i didn't notice that much extra footage. nothing to get excited about anyway. just a few more transistions and stuff. *shrug* sat i went shopping with my parents in the morning. came close to getting this flannel lined corduroy shirt, but it was too long. got my haircut, and paige did it for free since wed was my b-day. cool beans. then we played dnd sat night and i had some woonsen soup (chicken noodle pretty much) from the thai place. sunday me and parent's didn't do much really and i came on home through m'boro. stopped to see julie for a bit. oh, when i got back to my apartment there was a note on my subaru that had been written on a brown paper bag. said 'i am interested in your car. please call chip at blah blah number'. well julie had gotten a note like that just a few days earlier last week and she'd noticed several cars in mtsu parking lot that had the same notes. so i got kinda curious and called metro. lady there hadn't heard about it, so she sends a cop over to my place. dude comes in and says it's a sales ploy by bill heard. how fucking lame is that?! i apoligized to the cop for wasting his time and told him i felt quite foolish about it now. he said it was cool and left. though he didn't agree with their marketing ploy either.
well i'm suppose to see amy tonight. not sure what we're doing or where we're meeting or what. and tomorrow night julie is suppose to come over and spend the night. then wed night i head home to sparta. not sure if i'll come back early sat or sun and try to do some packing/moving or if julie and i will try and do some wedding type planning stuff. *shrug*
will probably be a good while before i update again though.

oh, and today is mine and julie's 6 year and 6 month anniversary. *yea* which conversely means it's 6 months till our wedding.
