i was going to update friday but blogger was down for server maintenance, so i didn't. now i get to try and play catchup from way back. ok, tuesday shit all happened i think, wednesday doug came down cause my parents decided not too since mom took a new job and was going to have to work friday. had decided to drive up and see julie on thurs....so i had nothing to do wed night. anyway he comes up and we were gonna watch some horror dvds some dude from rants sent him. he gets here a bit late (not due to his slackness or anything, just late notice on my part) and we eat at the olive garden and are about to start up the movies when there's a knock on my door. oh, when we got back there was a msg on the machine from julie saying they'd passed a budget and she should have a job/home now. so anyway i open the door and it's julie with a bag of stuff to stay over...she walks in and sees doug. she gets this odd look on her face then goes on to hug him. long story short, (too late) doug and i watch 2 of the movies (the one doug really wanted to watch wouldn't work in my player) and he goes on home around 2.30am or something. the movies we did watch were possession and devil's nightmare. possession was pretty damn freaky (too much screaming) and devil's nightmare was great to make fun of. thursday julie and i went to ihop where she had some ..uh some sort of pancakes and i had a glass of water. mmm. we went on to opry mills to get her some blue leather skirt that had been marked down from $100 to $50, which we did find and get. also got doug a copy of foxtrot for cheapy cheapy. then julie and i ate some indian, came home, watched a bunch of angel, fixed some mac n cheese for supper and then she left. and i went to work friday. *yea* ...not so much really. it was really slow though; except for the fire alarm that turned out to be nothing. friday night julie and i ate at chili's and watched zoolander. i thought it was ok. saturday i actually found out what had been making my car idle poorly and making this odd whistling noise now and then. ...at least i think i figured out what it was. just a loose hose. 2 hose clamps later, it idled much better. then i went to play dnd and we ate chinese with jody and pam (thanks for the doughnut thievery jody). sunday i just sat around and helped pop make some granola and we fixed lunch in. after getting home today i took my computer pretty well apart and rearranged some power cables to try figure out what's causing my computer to lock up rather frequently now.

but now it's time for adult swim. i think there's a new harvey birdman: attorney at law tonight. *yea*
