lordy dear lordy i've paid for my transgression against paige. with the ultimate sacrifice.
friends...i am bald.
i knew i should have just went somewhere else when i was told it'd be an hour before they could get to me. but no..i'm an idiot. when i finally got to the chair i told the lady how it was normally done. ...now maybe paige doesn't use the clippers without a guard..maybe she does. but i told her to use no guard on the back and sides and to use guard #3 on the top and layer it down. well..she cut way too high up on the first swipes with no guard. ..but i thought, 'well, i usually complain that it's still a bit long when i get it cut, so maybe she can blend it down shorter.' that ladies and gentlemen, was not going to happen. when she was 'done' the first time i had an inverted monk hair-do. whereas they have no hair on top and a tuft of hair around their head, i had nothing on the sides/back and a tuft on top. it looked retarded. so i ask her if she can blend it down some more..that there's not usually that much difference in length. i think she tried to at first..but since it was close to going home time, she just gave up and started using no guard on top of my head. ...this scared me. she still had the bangs there..but they looked like fucked up poodle. or a deformed bird. so off they went too. ...usually i'm vehemently against pix of myself, but since i don't see this happening again very soon (and i had always wondered what i'd look like with a total buzz) i present myself for your gratification. 1 2 3

and i got season 5 of the x-files from best buy. the girl at the customer service desk seemed to be having about a good a night as i was. thought mine was gonna get worse when she didn't find my set of dvds behind the counter, but she had some monkey from the dvd section bring up a set from back there. ...whatever works i suppose.
