skipped out on the lan party last weekend; and shannon wound up not having our game on sunday, so i had a pretty uneventful weekend. just hung with my parents. though friday julie and i looked at 2 wedding spots; one in smithville and one in monterey. both are prolly going to be too expensive, but the one in monterey looked really nice. *sigh* picked out some material to get my car seats redone; but the shop called pop back yesterday and said the factory was out of the material i picked....go figure. so now i have to go repick some more i suppose.
still nervous about the vandy job.
oh, monday julie came to nashville and we went to see gosford park; she was the one that wanted to see it, and well..i was too indifferent to argue about it, so we went. it was ok i guess; she paid for it, which helps i'm sure. we ate at 'american cafe' in green hills, which as it turns out is pretty much the same place as 'silver spoon' in knoxville which is boss. but the one in knoxville seems nicer and had better service i believe.
and one side of my apartment's mailboxes are gone. this little building has our mailboxes and one wall (of course the wall my box is in) is just gone and replaced by this wooden filler wall or something.
